Einstimmig verabschiedeten die 30 Delegierten ein Arbeitsprogramm, das auch dazu dienen soll, als linker Jugend-, Mitglieds- und Richtungsverband die dynamische Erneuerung der Mutterpartei SPD in kritischer Solidarität mit progressiven inhaltlichen Konzepten voranzubringen, wie der gastgebende Unterbezirksvorsitzende Timo Spreen in seinem Grußwort betonte.
Schwerpunkte werden dabei auf mehr Mitbestimmung in Arbeit und Ausbildung, den sozial-ökologischen Umbau aller Wirtschaftsbereiche, die Einbeziehung aller Menschen in soziale Sicherungssysteme und die Digitalisierung des ländlichen Raums gelegt, in dem viele „Wemser“ beheimatet sind.
