Liebe Genossinnen und Genossen,
bis zum 28.Februar haben alle Mitglieder der SPD in Osnabrück die Chance sich am Basisvotum für das Kommunalwahlprogramm 2016 zu beteiligen. Dies gibt uns Mitgliedern die Möglichkeit aktiv Einfluss auf den Programm-Entwurf zu nehmen und gleichzeitig eigene Akzente zu setzen. Wir Jusos begrüßen ausdrücklich diese Form der demokratischen Teilhabe, die es auch einem einfachen Partei-Mitglied ermöglicht am Entstehungsprozess des Entwurfs mitzuwirken.
Für uns Jusos ist besonders das Thema „bezahlbarer Wohnraum“ von Bedeutung. Gerade für junge Menschen, ob in Studium, Ausbildung und auch Beruf, wirken sich die in den letzten Jahren gestiegenen Mietpreise deutlich auf den Geldbeutel aus. Deshalb setzen wir uns innerhalb des Basisvotums für die Gründung einer städtischen Wohnungsgesellschaft ein. Dadurch erhoffen wir uns die Schaffung von Wohnraum, der nicht ausschließlich der Gewinn-Maximierung von Privaten dienen soll, sondern auch Menschen mit niedrigen Einkommen offen stehen soll.
Deshalb bitten wir darum, dass Ihr euch an dem Basisvotum der SPD Osnabrück beteiligt und gemeinsam mit uns, für die Einrichtung einer „städtischen Wohnungsbaugesellschaft“ stark macht!
